"Customer complaint was that she believed that the DW was leaking because her wood floor is buckling on other side of wall. She does not see water only sees wood buckling and thought of DW leaking. Inspected underneath machine found it dry and ran cycle, inspected for 20minutes without being able to find any water leak or sign of leak. Advised customer that if there is water it not from DW Customer had been using DW as normal, therefore should have been water signs if there was a leak present but was not."
