I performed a temperature test using my probe sensor and confirmed that the lower oven was not reaching normal operating temperatures.Upon inspection, I found the lower oven was calibrated 20 degrees down, which aligned with the temperature readings I recorded. "Before even touching anything there is water all over the floor when me and the home owners father walked in the house submitted pictures to the ticket checked out the unit, and it was overflowing due to the installation being done wrong. However, I observed that two drain hoses have been spliced together making the line too long with excessive sharp bends and loops, creating backpressure that prevents proper drainage.
