I suggested the customer to call Costco to reinstall the unit and she mentioned to me that Costco mentioned to her that the unit would be replaced due to possible moisture causing damage to the electrical components in the microwave. I still diagnosed what I was able to inspect. I noticed that the vent on the exterior part of the house was damaged. I believe that the moisture was possibly due to humidity seeping back into the unit. So I also recommended the customer to have a company come and replace that microwave vent for her."
