"Arrived at customer home with parts to replace, asked customer if he tried to get an answer from Jennnair Mr said they told him he would have to 1st allow for the repairs. He did not sound to happy with what they told him, I guess Mr was expecting a replacememnt. Both me and 2nd technician protected All flooring and installed a skid plate to ensure no damages to flooring and surrounding areas. We were very careful in that regards. We moved couple of items on each corner of range and did not see any damages, We proceeded to pull unit out to work on the back of range without any incidents. During this time of around 2 hours of work time we did not see any signs of chips on the floor not the area near the countertop. NOTE: customer was taking pictures of us the technicians, which was strange and Odd, when I advised that i did not approve of him using that picture in any social media, he said it was to send to his wife of work.... After the job was completed and we removed our tools and cleaned up the area and were on our way out the door,Mr went back to the kitchen area by himself and and after a minute or two I followwed him just to ensure everything was ok and thats when he started to accuse us of that tile damage. He just kept saying im not accusing you but yet he was saying this was not here yesterday. It was a nicer way of accusing, but nonetheless accusing us, because we were the only ones there. Right away called my supervisor and also called jennair to document the false accusastionJennair case # 20974590"
