"Customer said that the washer will be doing a rinse and then go back to filling up. I ran the unit through diagnostics test and it checked out good. There was no error codes in the system so I asked the customer what kind of soap she was using and it was TIED HE soap. I informed her that that will cause the pressure switch to malfunction and get a false reading of your water level, which could be causing it to go back and fill with more water. If it didnt get a proper reading first time I also informed her that it could cause issues in the future with the pressure switch on the control board if she continues to put too much soap in the unit I advised the customer to switch soaps and even try and run the unit with no soap to see how it doesUnit is operating properly now all operations OK"
