"I replaced the drain pump, motor, control, actuator, harness and unit started working for a while, and all of a sudden it started to throw the error code F3E2, and I checked again the pressure holes, and everything else, and the only thing I found is the customer had put the washer to pre soak something with way too much powder soap, and the soap is sitting down on basket and everywhere inside the unit, I washed it several times with the garden holes, and it worked for a little while and goes back to the same problem, I showed the customer the problem and they said not to worry that they are going to get a new one"

"I ran a diagnostic and no error codes found in the memory, unit checked ok at the moment, the customer insisted that when it runs a normal cycle when it goes to drain spin it always trips the breaker, I ran a drain spin several times and it never tripped the breaker, I explained to the customer I couldn't repeat the problem and the customer got very upset and told me I wasn't doing what he was doing, to run a normal cycle several times and wait until it happens, I explained to the customer I couldn't not do that and didn't have the time, and the customer kicked me out of the house, said he was going to call the manufacturer and have an another tech to go to his house and do what he says and have a lot of time, I called the safety department and documented with them and the notes will be attached to the file we already have"
