"On arrival and after diagnosing, I noticed that the unit was not heating. I then looked further into the unit and noticed that the diode was not making proper contact with the capacitor. Once I secured the connection to unit began to heat and work properly as designed."

Customer was just concerned because the cooktop burns orange flame. Sometimes I let them know that it is just the residual burning off in the gas line whenever it is coming out the residuals burn orange and the natural gas burns blue again as soon as the residual burns offUnit is operating properly all operation operations OK
