"F0E9 F2E1Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I could not create or re-create any issue. The unit passed a diagnostic cycle. The wiring harness is working fine. The unit is draining washing agitating and spinning properly. The customer mentioned he wanted to make sure everything was ok because the unit stopped mid cycle and then continued on its own. Based off of the F0E9 error code I believe the unit was off-balance due to an off-balance load, causing the unit to do what the customer was experiencing. I suggested the customer to be mindful on the types of loads going in. The unit itself is working properly as designed."

Inspected the unit and ran diagnostics found low water pressure going to the reservoir. Also found the water sensor and reservoir drain are bad. Customer requested a deep cleaning of the ice machine. Sent quote to customer awaiting approval.; ordrng 1 W11542867 (Recirculating pump) and 1 W11542868 (Reservoir drain) and 1 W10897719 (Water valve)
