"Upon arrival i replaced parts. Unit had very bouncy basket (picture attached) i showed customer before and after replacement. After replacement I tested unit. Unit passed functioning normal. I adviced customer not to overload and to balance the load to distribute the weight evenly as much as possible. Being that unit was bought as is damage whirlpool said any future calls will not be covered noise issue,shaking,spinning. Because it will never be fixed correctly due to damage unbalanced cabinet.I left old parts with customer and customer aware on whirlpool policy ( pictures attached). Unit is working as designed.SR#7742421475 whirlpool techline"
