"I installed the motor clamps and blower ran the checks. I found that the dryer is not receiving the proper voltage. The technician found that between the ground and L2, there were 240 volts. The correct voltage reading should be L1, and L2 is 240 volts. Therefore, the customer will need to call a licensed electrician to fix the issue."
