"Upon arrival the unit was off with no power. The customer explained that the refrigerator will run normally for about an hour before the breaker trips and shuts it off. The unit is connected to a GFCI outlet and breaker, which can weaken over timeespecially after power surges or outagescausing them to trip more easily even without a direct fault from the appliance. Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. Unit had water sitting at the bottom not draining. I bypassed customers drain hose (pictures attached). Unit drains very strong properly but once connected to customer drain line that goes to garbage disposal little to no drain. Customers complaint is that she will run a cycle on the unit and it will work fine and then the next day she will put another load in and go to start it and none of the buttons are on and they are not working or have any functionality and then she will unplug the unit and plug it back in and it will work again and it only happens here and there ran the unit through diagnostics. Everything checked out good there was no error codes in the history so I started a regular cycle. Let it run for a few minutes canceled it and started another one just to make sure it wouldactually start the cycle everything was working properly started three different cycles. Make sure the whip was screwed in good and had good connections for the power supply.Everything checked out good advised the customer if it happens again to get video proof so we can better understand of what is going on but as of right now unit is operating as designed could not detect any issues with the unit.
