"I arrived to the customer home, and he was really upset that I showed up with panels and not a cooktop, that he explained to everyone that his cooktop got broken, I asked him on how it had happened and customer didn't want to say anything, I called partner team to see if they will cover physical damage and they said no, so I refer the customer to contact customer service, and the notes will be attached to the file we already have"
