"Customer said that the unit was not sucking the air out or getting the steam or fumes from them cooking out of the house when they turn the exhaust fan on the microwave on. I ran the exhaust fan and showed the customer that it was sucking air properly, but the installers who did the exhaust vent work up in the cabinet Did not install it properly and the tape is not sealed off so everything the microwave is sucking up is just blowing back into his house through that cabinet above the microwaveMicrowave is working properly all operations OK customer needs to call builders to have the exhaust installed properly"

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed the unit was not heating. I then found a loose connection at the control board. Once the connection was secured it then began to run and heat properly as designed. The unit is now working and heating with no issues.
