Upon arrival customer was mentioning unit was getting stuck on rinse/spin. I ran diagnostic and found error code F2E1 (stuck button) I ran diagnostic cycle and error went away and unit is working as designed. Customer was still under the impression unit will not work properly. I ran a normal cycle and asked customer if he read the manual on unit and he said no. I then looked at service matters to find that a normal cycle can run about 60 minutes. Customer was insisting unit last longer cause it gets stuck on rinse and spin. I waited for cycle to complete and it finished within the hour. I called techline to document SR 7741522433 unit is working as designed.

"Arrived at customer home to replaced additional parts, began removing the agitator and it was hard to remove then tried to remove the inner basket but the gearcase spline was really stuck not allowing to release the basket to access the gearcase from under the machine. Tried banging it with 3lb sledge hammer no luck. This machine has been fighting EVERY single step of the repair/dissasemble process. I now forced to order basket and drill out the old one out to remove old gearcase.
