Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection drain hose is connected to garbage disposal customer had a lot of restrictions in drain line . I removed restrictions tested unit(picture attached) unit draining. I adviced customer to maintance unit clean with affresh pods and filter and to shorten excessive drain line hose under sink. Unit is working as designed. SR#7741561451.
