If the exterior vents damper flap is installed and closes tightly . To resolve it, have the entire vent system cleaned, ensure the damper flap closes properly, replace the long foil duct with a shorter rigid or semi-rigid metal duct, and consider adding a booster or inline exhaust fan to improve airflow on long or convoluted runs.
