I secured gas supply line coming into regulator.

"Arrived at customer home 'inside' the time window provided, not lateKnocked at the door and the Mrs the 1st thing shew said told me.. ' I have been patiently waiting for you' as if to say I was running late when I was not. I proceeded to make the repair when the 1st thing noticed that the machine did not have a vent hose attached to it. I found it without dryer hose. Completed the job and the dryer is now heating as designed Showed Mrs the results and advised that the dryer did not have a vent hose attached so that she would be aware of The Mrs then wanted me to install a dryer vent hose she had somewhere else. I advised that since I found it without dryer hose I left it the way I found it. That the customer would have to install the hose. She then had a Bigger Fit.....started to accuse me of being un proffesional and rude just. I did not want to continue her back n forth so I just grabbed my tools and told her..Ma'am your dryer is now fixed, heating properly have a good day.
