"The power to dryer is reading correctly when the unit is off, but as soon as the unit goes into a load, L1-N drops to 0v, and L2-N goes to 200v. The customer did contact an electrician, and they did fix it, but it is now having the same issues. The customer has yo call the electrician to fix the issue"

"Bra padding blocking drain line from pulling water, cleared obstruction and now draining properly. Tilted unit forward and put a bucket underneath to catch water. After removing padding a lot of water fell into floor and as I was trying to clean floor I moved washer and damaged the floor"

"Removed old compressor and replaced with new. Unable to put back panel back on due to no space for new drier. I informed the customers, and they will call Whirlpool to see if it can get replaced. The cap tube was too short to fit the drier all the way inside, so part of it was sticking out"

"Ice was off and bin full of water. The drain pump was not pulling water. Found installers did not put drain line in properly, and it's a long reach from the disposal where it's connected. Informed that they will need to contact a plumber. Otherwise, this problem will keep happening"
