Unit will not heat on any cycles even time dry the heater is blown and need to replace the heating element along with the fuses. Unit is leaking gas at the flex hose connected to the wall put soap and bubbles on it and his bubbling up took a video for evidence and advised the customer to have a plumber or gas company come out and change the flex hose line on the back of the appliance but the unit is working properly just need a new supply line

"Unit is operating properly everything is checking out good customer just wanted me to double check and make sure that the smell that they were smelling was not refrigerant and I advised him that if it was, the unit wouldnt be cooling as good as it is and they would start seeing symptoms ofseal system issues within three days of them smelling it if it was refrigerant but its not and everything is operating properly whole of operators frosted over advised a customer to get some baking soda arm and hammer to put in the refrigerator to soak up. "Turn the unit on set to 350 and once the oven reached temperature Took surface temp of the temp sensor at the top of the oven and it was reading 352 and I showed the customer that it is reading perfectly on the temperature aspect, but whenever they are cooking or baking for multiple hours on point and opening and closing the door multiple times going to extend the duration because the oven has reheat back up after letting the heat out opening and closing the door I also showed the customer how to adjust their calibration settings if it is under baking or over baking so they can adjust it as they go, but the unit is heating up properly and everything is operating as designed all operations OK"

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection heating element was not coming on. Bad heating element shorted. Customer was not at home it was her father at home. I explain to father and i also called her to explain what i found bad heating element. She was complaining about over suds. I explain i couldnt recreate issue. What i did see was slow drain under sink and adviced to get clean to have better drain flow. If not that can produce over suds and with the detergent being used having Dawn in it with dishes not very oily or not enough dishes can cause that. Installed parts pull the vacuum on the unit and charge it up. Ran the unit and made sure everything was exchanging heat properly. Any evaporator started frosting up everything is operating properly all operations OK

"I called techline and spoke to Steve. He instructed me to install the fourth compressor I check the stable pressures before the repair. However, there was no freon found. I asked him if it made sense to install the compressor if I could not find a leak after applying pressure to the system for 45 minutes to an hour. He replied that this indicated the absence of a leak. I then asked him about the remaining freon in the system. The last three times the repair was done, he had instructed me to install the fourth compressor, add 10 grams of freon initially, then drop the charge and refill it with the recommended amount. He also advised me to check the running pressures and then call techline back. 21468827 Steve I called Lakie at Techline and explained that the unit is experiencing abnormal pressures of 95 on the low side and high pressures of 110 on the high side. I also mentioned that Im getting a full frost pattern and that the filter dryer is getting hot to the touch. I informed him that this is the fourth compressor that has been installed, and theres a leak that cant be found. I put 250 psi on the unit and let it sit for 45 minutes to an hour, but it didnt lose pressure. Then, I allowed it to sit for 3 days, and it lost 150 psi by the third day. Lakie from Techline then instructed me to refill the unit with freon and check for stable pressures. I inquired about the reason behind refilling the unit to check for stable pressures when the unit has a leak that cannot be pinpointed. There is a significant amount of freon being wasted. Lakie then recommended that the customer contact customer service due to the substantial amount of compressor supplies and the extended period the unit has been out of operation.21511873 lakie; O-emld tckt"
