Technician could not change suspension rods due to the fact that customer has informed the technician that geek squad has worked on the unit 4 to 5 times and made it worse after the last repair. Customer was informed that he is being referred back to geek squad and the person he said worked on the unit was Jessica from the geek squad. Theres no Jessica that works at ASI appliance. Customer was referred back to Best Buy/geek squad.

Not getting a reading from the drain pump through the wire harness at the control port need to replace a control board wire harness and the drain pump.
