"I ran a diagnostic and unit is working as it's designed no error codes in the memory, the customer was complaining about the reminder of the check the vent light on the unit, said that it's the second unit that has been replaced because of that and they wanted that to be fixed, I tried to explain to them that it's just a reminder to check the vent, and they didn't want to listen and wanted me to disassemble the unit completely and checked all the wires, connections fuses and completely everything, and they had many dryers and that there must be something major with the unit because none has done what this one is doing and we must do something, i asked them for a purchase date because the unit was not registered and they said that's how ignorant i was by asking them because i should of asked the manufacturer because they are the ones with the information not them, I tried to explain to them again on how the unit works and on how to use it correctly and also on how to improve the functionality of the unit by installing the proper vent behind the unit and fixing the exterior vent housing because it was broken, and the customers got even worse, and started screaming and calling me names and also threatening me because I was not doing and following their instructions and because of that I referred them to contact customer service and I walked out of the house and they followed me screaming and threatening me, I called partner team and documented with themFile# 23163091"
