"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I could not create or re-create any leak. the unit didnt have any error codes. It had good suspension and is balanced properly. I ran a heavy and a rinse and spin cycle and there were no leaks. The water valve is intact and there is no errors there either. The unit is working properly as designed I did notice that the baseboard next to the washer is buckled and behind that wall is a water heater. I suggested the customer to have a plumber take a look at whats going on behind the wall as there could potentially be a small leak on the other side of the wall."

I then noticed that the front left leg to the unit was not set properly. I then adjusted the leg recalibrated the unit and ran a diagnostic cycle and the unit performed fine and no rocking back-and-forth. After running the test, the unit no longer had error codes. The customer noticed the difference before and after the leg adjustment and recalibration. The unit is now working properly as designed."

"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I noticed that the unit had an F0E2 error code. After talking to the customer, she mentioned to me that she has been feeling up the unit with too much detergent and one time she had a lot of suds come out. I ran a diagnostic cycle and check the drain pump filter. The unit itself is working properly as designed. I believe the customer was just using too much detergent."
