Upon arrival i diagnosed unit error code F1E0. I tried resetting control. After inspection unit was infested with roaches. I let customer know the policy on roaches and what roaches do to units. Unit need part replacement bad control board (Pictures attached).SR#7740398331

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed the unit has been worked on. The customer then mentioned 2 different companies have previously been out there and couldnt fix the issue. Based on that information we wouldnt be able to proceed with any repairs. The previous company would have to go back. I called TPB and got a SR#7740326701

Replaced bad UI & valve.

"Upon arrival, the unit was off. The customer plugged the unit in. The compressor kicked on, and the lines were heating up. I ran diagnostics. The fan passed, and the thermistor passed. The unit was cooling down. I told the customer the unit needs to be plugged in for 24 hours."

Replaced the LED module with one from the truck stock. The lights came on. The red LED flashing is the indicator for the ice bin flapper being open when the door is open. The unit is making ice and working as designed.
