I secured gas supply line coming into regulator.

"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I noticed that the unit was leaking at the regulator and gas line connection. Once securing the connection I retested and the unit was no longer leaking. It is now working properly as designed."

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed the RC Evap was fully frosted over and the fan was not coming on. Below are the parts needed for the repairs. ; ordrng 1 W11492867 (EVAP) and 1 W11033168 (EVAP HARNESS W/ FAN) and 1 W11580434 (3 WAY VALVE) and 1 W10832994 (COMPRESSOR)

Replaced control board and recalibrated Maint confirmed

"Arrived at customer home 'inside' the time window provided, not lateKnocked at the door and the Mrs the 1st thing shew said told me.. ' I have been patiently waiting for you' as if to say I was running late when I was not. The 2nd thing she followed up with was 'How long will this take' I responded as long as it needs to Ma'am I dont rush the process. You can tell in her face and demeanor she was already upset. I proceeded to make the repair when the 1st thing noticed that the machine did not have a vent hose attached to it. I found it without dryer hose. Completed the job and the dryer is now heating as designed Showed Mrs the results and advised that the dryer did not have a vent hose attached so that she would be aware of The Mrs then wanted me to install a dryer vent hose she had somewhere else. I advised that since I found it without dryer hose I left it the way I found it. That the customer would have to install the hose. She then had a Bigger Fit.....started to accuse me of being un proffesional and rude just. I did not want to continue her back n forth so I just grabbed my tools and told her..Ma'am your dryer is now fixed, heating properly have a good day. She folowed me 1/2 way to the driveway still arguing. I did not pay no more attention....I was moving ON to my next customer.....Called Trade team to Document CASE# 22422069"

Frost in freezer shelves due to food obstruction. Instructed customer to be careful how food is placed. Remolded seal to be on the safe side but mentioned if same issue keeps happening and it's due to customer neglect we will charge for next visit

Installed control and harness ran test all operations normal.

Upon arrival I replaced part pump and motor. After replacing I ran unit no leak present it passed (pictures attached). I left old part with customer. Unit is working as designed.

Reinstalled legs ran test all operations normal

"Dillion at Techline recommended that the customer get the vent serviced. The unit is not getting proper airflow, and the dryer is still getting hot as designed. If the technician shows up and the unit is still doing the same thing, the customer will be charged a service call. This is not covered under warranty.File number 22598108"

"upon arrival cust stated she had bought the appliance brand new from a discount appliance store. but when she called the whirlpool they had told her it was registered in the 9th month of last year. upon hearing this i checked the history and saw a service history of a bellow, tub and basket assembly part change for the same issue. ms upset and said she was going to sue the discount appliance store told her i can not follow through another company because of policy and that the issue they repaired was still occurring. told ms she will receive an email of proof it was bought in the 9th month of last year. anyway. the issue is that the back of the tub by the vent line is flowing water out once washing/spinning. sr to investigate. for now closing for trip fee."
