"Customer hearing buzzing noise when running the microwave and the top vent opens, went out to the house and was only able to replicate the sound once or twice while taking a video with lots of background noise after the customer turned off the TV and Dryer in the background we tried to replicate it and take another video and tried about two more times and were not successful to get the unit to make the noise again so I advised the customer that I would call it in and update them on what they think after calling it into Techline they deemed the unit as all operations OK no issues or errors 100% normal operation. "Whenever a customer will call for water and walk away, the unit would just continue to pour water out of the dispenser and then it would stop randomly and then start back up randomly. Customer had to shut the water off to get it to stop after I turned the water back on and plugged the refrigerator in and started pouring out water and I would have to shut the water off to get it to stop and then after turning it back on, it wouldnt come back on unless you unplugged the refrigerator unplugged it back in but the only way to make it stop is shut the water off ; ordrng 1 W11432232 (Water valve) and 1 W11804290 (Main control) and 1 W11767603 (Dispenser assembly) and 1 W11804300 (Ui board) and 1 W11167973 (Dual water valve)"
