"After submitting the findings, it was confirmed that the dryer is functioning as expected. The heating element powered on, and the drum, motor, and blower all operated together with no signs of arcing or sparking while the element was active. However, the unit displayed poor to no airflow circulation. When removing the back air duct, airflow was restored confirming no internal clogs within the dryer itself. Once the vent system was reconnected, airflow was lost. This blockage has led to lint accumulation around the exit vent and reaching the heating element, which poses a significant fire hazard if the airflow remains restricted. Testing was performed with the vent line and without, no kinks, and once again airflow remained absent when it was connected, further verifying that the issue lies within the external vent system and not the appliance. Based on these findings, there is no error or component failure with the dryer, and no repair parts are required. The customer was advised that the venting system is not covered under the appliance warranty and must be addressed by their maintenance crew, as improper vent maintenance can cause similar issues with any dryer.. Place blown cut off fuse And customers still having an air flow issue Customer stated that the vent has a L shape in it abd cnat clear out I advise customer that she may wanna get her a fan on her vent pipe to help with the airflow if not done may be a service fee; used 1 279816 (CUTOFF) from stock

Customer said burners werent working had plumber come out and they where working and everything is working properly now all ops okay now no leaks or anything detected

"Ice machine cavity was full of water with about 4 inches in the whole cavity and the user interface was not powering on to the icemaker unplugged the unit from the drain pump box and everything started operating properly pulled the drain pump box out and checked the float switch inside of it, and it was stuck Not allowing the unit to drain or supply power to anything fix the float switch on the drain pump box and the plug started to supply power to everything and the unit is working properly now customer said this most likely happened because they are having a generator installed on the house and they had to shut power off for a while to the unit plugged both of the plugs into their own outlets in the wall everything is operating properly now all operations OK"
