"Checked unit and drain hose was not installed correctly it was too low and water from sink was going back to dishwasher, and also the reverse unmoses filter, the drain is connected to the drain hose of the dishwasher, pushing water back when it drains to the dishwasher also, the other problem the customer has a water softener for the house and they are using the pods, I explained to them that is way too mush soap and it would suds up and will drain down too, I showed the customer the problems and explained to them on how to use the unit correctly and that they need to fix the drain and it doesn't need to be connected to the other drains, the unit went fine on the auto test and no error codes found"
