"Checked unit and the customer said that the unit produces heat and even in low setting, that shrinks his clothes and makes them very wrinkles, and sometimes some clothes very dry and others are damp, so I checked the cycle temperatures with my digital meter and the dry was cycling from 119 to 170 degrees, so the customer was not happy with that and wanted me to check it again and also wanted me to check the vent going to the outside, so I checked the vent and it was totally destroyed and I explained to the customer he needs to fix it and also the reason why, because rain and humidity can go in and ruin all the electric and if that happens warranty will not cover that, the customer got really closed to me and laughed at my face said that it's my job and that's why I get paid, and that that's the reason he called May tag and he is expecting May tag to treat him like a customer, and he was very disrespectful telling me that in order for me to inspect the unit I would have to disassemble the whole and inspect part by part, I tried to explain to him on how to use the unit correctly and he literally told me to save all my advices, that he was going to call maytag and see what they have to say, I called tech line and documented with them and they said the unit is working as it's designed and to refer the customer to contact customer service File#. 23711540"
