I then ran a air frying cycle because thats where customer said fan wasn't coming on. I tested fan came on in low setting and i showed customer fan was on (pictures attached). I explain to customer unit heat up couple minutes later fan comes on .Unit is working as designed Techline confirm 22292906.

Upon arrival customer mentioned unit is stopping halfway cycle. I reset breaker tested unit and couldn't recreate issue. Oven reached temperature without stopping halfway. I told customer i was going to let our master technicians and he began to say its like the 4th or 5th technicians and we needed to replace oven because he was still in warranty. I tried explaining to customer that he was no longer in warranty that whirlpool provided a courtesy code to come out and customer didn't like that and started to cut me off when trying to explain.
