Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection unit is making ice. Bin full of ice (picture attached). I made customer aware ice bin container if not use daily its recommended to remove ice bin container and brake ice loose so it can dispense normally (pictures attached). I pull ice bin container broke ice and tested.Unit is working as designed.

"I arrived to the customer home and customer had a really bad attitude and told me she had painted everything the second floor and cabinets and also the floor on the first floor, and the smell in the home is very strong thinner the customer gave me a towel to smell and I did I ran a diagnostic on unit and everything was working as it's designed no error codes found I inspected the vent going to the outside and it had a good air flow, and because of her attitude I was already calling tech line, I tried to explain that all the chemicals in the home would be burned through the dryer and transferred to the clothes, she got worse and was changing colors on her face, and she started tell me if I was going to disassemble the vent to make sure there was anything stuck and to clean it all the way to the outside, I explained to her I already checked the air flow and it was good and that it was not part of the house and was not going to touch that, so she told me to get the hell out of her house in really bad words and because I wasn't going to that she was going to call my office, so I documented with tech line and also the y transfer me to safety and I also documented with them Tech line#. 7742263904"
