"Upon inspection, I confirmed the heating element is working properly. I performed an airflow test and found the unit had very poor airflow. I disconnected the unit from the homes vent line and retested, and proper airflow was restored. There are no internal clogs in the unit, but there is a restriction within the homes vent system.
