"Ran diagnostics, temps along with all functions checked ok at this time customer advised on possibly try to get a recording on intermittent sound. Pending further action"

"I informed the customer and also showed her the video how these units work with a button in the middle of the elements I took pictures of the video also informed the customer as a video played she understands now that her old pans that are not flat at the bottom will not work properly on this unit. , Furthermore I had informed the customer previously which was the son , Which was sitting at the table about 5 feet away from us at this time which he agrees that he told his mom that this is normal and he understood it at that time and he understands it now."

Replaced heater

Replaced door switch.

"Inspected range and oven for gas leaks with Gas Meter, did not experience any gas leaks at this time. Pre heated oven to 350 and left on for 10 minutes why checking with gas meter for signs of leaks, none present at this time Double checked that all fitting connections were tight and secure. Told customer to monitor and notify the office if issue continues."

Replaced stripped blower wheel and checked operation ok

Replaced worn cam and checked operation of unit ok

Checked unit and replaced open thermostat. Unit checks ok.

Couldnt replicate issue advised customer to call customer service for further assistance

Removed door latch cover and adjusted push button to operate properly all ok no problems

Customer is using a water softener system adjusted fill cups and reset control all ok no problems

Mrs needs vents cleaned. element and all thermistors are out. Mrs to contact WPL for paycode. Ordering parts. 3 wgt; ordrng 1 WP8577274 (Thermistor) and 1 WP3387747 (Element) and 1 WP8557403 (Thrmst fix) and 1 280148 (Cutoff)
