"Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed the console was locked and none of the other buttons were responsive either. I then did a reset on the console and control board. After that the unit console was working with no issues, I was able to start a normal cycle and it ran with no issues. There are no error codes either, the unit is now working properly as designed."
