"The unit was working as intended ,it was making ice I took pictures, of the reading of the thermometer she had in there ,it was -5Degrees. She took some temperature readings, Im not sure if she was reading it right I think there shouldve didnt see the minus sign before the number, I took pictures of her readings ,also the unit is making ice, almost a full bucket now, and its cooling properly, shes very picky, she also said there was ice all over the walls and the top of the freezer, when she first got it. At this time I dont see any evidence of that, I asked her if it was frost or ice she repeatedly said it was sheets of ice, I asked her if the sheets of ice was preventing her from opening the door since I the ice will they freeze the door shut, but she said this was not the case so I explain to her it was probably frost maybe the door wasnt closed right , she didnt like that answer she told me ,she did not want it fixed ,she was going to get it replaced once again by proven products Im sure shell go back."
