Entered diagnostics and found three error codes: F7E9 (locked rotor), F2E1 (shorted key), and F0E5 (off-balance). During testing, I confirmed the drain pump is operating, but the unit will not agitate or spin. Based on findings, I began preparing to quote a rotor and stator replacement. However, the customer stated that the unit will sometimes complete full cycles, and her description aligns more with an off-balance pause issue. I advised the customer to be more mindful of load balance and to test several properly balanced loads before moving forward with part replacement. "Case#wvm70nnl2Complaint of unit not drying properly, adding time and making noise. Unit was reaching proper temp but lint filter had never been cleaned so there was no air flow which would also be the reason why dryer would occasionally add time due to sensing moisture. Checked motor and all components that could be creating noise and all checked out properly. The cause of the noise is the design of where dryer is placed. Dryer vent gets pushed down and in return it is pushing the exhaust against the frame creating some vibration and that is not a problem with the dryer.
