"Spoke with customer and he told me that whenever they run the dryer has a funny smell so I ran the dryer for about 10 minutes and did not smell anything weird coming out of the unit and then the customer said I have to put clothes in there for it to make the smell and I told him well if the dryer is making a smell and having an issue it should be making it without the clothes in there and I told them that if its only doing it with the clothes in there, then it could be because the vent is cloggedand its not allowing the proper airflow and is trapping the heat inside of the unit or drying delicate clothes at too high of heat. Need to call in and document the ticket. This is not a callback. Completely different issue from the last call out SR#7741904150"

Dryer was not doing anything when trying to start a cycle besides click replace the thermal fuse inside of the dryer and everything was operating properly unit was heating up all operations OK; used 1 W10693363 (Thermal fuse) from stock

Upon arrival and after installing the new parts the unit passed a diagnostic cycle and is now working properly as designed

"Vent hose kincked at back, causing dryer not to dry properly, but unit is heating up at exhaust around 180. All thermostats are working properly and element as well. After fixing the vent, i found the unit clogged inside the walls, and the customer will need to get the vents cleared for proper air flow"

"Freezer section reading 13 degrees Refrigerator side 34 to 36 degrees Customer said that the freezer stops freezing and they have lost 300$ worth of food but the refrigerator side keeps everything perfectly cool and never has problems and the freezer goes as high as 44 degrees and will stay there for 1 or 2 hours but the refrigerator side is always the same and I explained to the customer that is not possible if the freezer side is going above freezing the refrigerator side is going to get hotter as well because the only reason it is cooling is due to the freezer section freezing I explained to him that the evaporator in the freezer in the fan is what cools the refrigerator side and if you were seeing drastic changes in temperature in the freezer, you were going to get those drastic changes and your refrigerator as well Hears a clicking sound coming from the fridge every now and then when temp is high and I told him its most likely the defrost heater then Call the unit and Techline and documented the findings from being out at the house and they said we cannot go off of the digital temp sensor pictures that the customer is taken. We have to go off of the temperatures that were found whenever we were diagnosing the unit which were with inspect Techline says that they do not see an issue with the unit. And also explained that same thing about the refrigerator section would see a change as well if the freezer is having a drastic change in temperature because that is the only way it gets cold. customer also mentioned multiple times about getting another refrigerator and I insisted I do not have any control over that but you are more than welcome to call in to customer service and let them know your opinion and your satisfaction with the unit SR#7741571736"

upon arrival customer staying theres water and humidity inside dryer went into diagnostics and checked to see if air was coming out dryer it was. noticed the duct outside was not closing all the way causing rain and humidity to go inside to dryer. customer also has multiple humidity bags inside apartment. Dryer is working perfectly fine

Cycled compressor off and back on. No odd noises detected. Cycled ice maker and found food blocking arm when ice maker is in harvest. Adjusted food in freezer and adjusted lines to compressor. Reset control.
