"Arrived at customer home and began trying to identify the cause of no water going into machine. Customer was assisting in clearing out items from under the sink and was telling me that she had recently seen mice under neath there and put out traps but not successful. listened but didnt pay it no mind, continued looking for the no water issue. Removed supply hose goin into machine and plenty of water pressure. After closer inspection seen that the connector to fill valve was chewed off, wires hanging loose. Thats when I realized the same rodent that the customer was trying to trap was the the culprit. No water going into machine because no power going into it. Called trade team to document SR # 7733323543Per their recommendation to give customer SR # and to inform them that they would have to get an exterminator company come out and resolve the rodent problem before we could come out again to attempt and repair.
