"The customer reported that the noise occurs only during the Heavy Item cycle, regardless of load size, and does not happen in any other cycle with similar loads. Entered diagnostics and found no component failures, only an F0E3 overload code. Ran diagnostic test and heard no abnormal noises from the motor, gearcase, cam, or belt. Upon inspecting underneath the unit, signs of overloading was present, as the bottom guard surrounding these components has been hitting the floor and sliding (see pictures). Since failed components would produce noise in all cycles cycle selection only changes run time, water temps or water levels etcthe issue is consistent with user error and improper loading rather than a part failure. No part replacement is recommended; closing out for trip and diagnostics."

Drain pump was continuously running due to the pressure switch fault went ahead and change the board out with one that I had on my truck and fix the issue. Ran the unit through a diagnostic testing. Everythings operating properly all operations OK ; used 1 W11578563 (Main Control) from stock

"Upon inspection, I confirmed the heating element is working properly. I performed an airflow test and found the unit had very poor airflow. I disconnected the unit from the homes vent line and retested, and proper airflow was restored. There are no internal clogs in the unit, but there is a restriction within the homes vent system. Before a return visit for the same issue, the customer must provide proof that the vent system has been corrected. The unit is operating as normal."
