Upon arrival the ice maker was turned off. Once i turned it back on the ice maker let the batch of ice into the ice tray and called for water. I explained to customer that ice maker was off she also explained to me that she had turned it off because the ice maker had made too much ice that ice was over filling the tray and was on top of ice maker. I explained that when that happens ice can also get under the ice maker arms that can get it stuck and stopping it from continuing the cycle.
