Removed glass top to access burners and found harness connection corroded when removed. It looked like it could possibly function but after installation one burner did not come back on and LED light stayed on. Tried to explain to customer that the connector was corroded already and making contact at that time but after removal the contact of connector was severed and created secondary issue. I informed her that to correct issue will need a new wire harness. Customer just kept on saying it was not like that before. She was not satisfied with results nor answer. Tried to explain to customer that the unit was 17 years old and no way of knowing if any other underline issue were present or present themselves. Customer called ASI and requested refund.
