Upon arrival customer mention that on bulky sheets the cycle would stop half way through. Then she also said that when she tried pushing pause it woundt let her. I ran diagnostics and didnt find any error codes. I then tried running a bulky sheet cycle and it ran good with no problem. I tried pausing it in between and it did allowed me to pause and resume. I explained to customer that it can be an unbalance load that can be causing the machine to stop to allow customer to rearrange the clothes. She said that it makes sense cause her machine will make noise when its spinning. I explained to customer that i couldnt find something wrong with machine.

Found a leak at the fitting where the condenser line comes out of the cabinet. Followed whirlpool standard operating procedure when installing the compressor and evaporator by installing a dye drier. Checked extensively for leaks. Found none in the evaporator compartment and only found one leak below. Leak caused compressor to go bad as unit was running for several days dry. Customer wants a new unit as this unit is unreliable. Customer states he travels a lot and cannot keep having a refrigerator that is unreliable.
