Upon arrival the customer mention that it leaks from steam valve. I ran diagnostics and found error codes f2e1 and f4e3. I ran steam and couldnt get it to leak. There was a piece of fabric wrap around mister that i removed. I explained to customer that i couldnt see any water leaking into drum. I did explained that based on error code f4e3 (air restriction) that can cause excessive moisture in drum. Customer said he would unclog vent line.
