"Brand unit through diagnostics test ran every single fan in the freezer in the fridge even the icebox customer said it was making a noise like when the icemaker fills with water so I ran the harvest test and ran the icemaker filter test and she said it still did not sound like any of the noises and she said it was super loud, but there is no ice buildup in the refrigerator evaporator nor on the freezer evaporator I ran test mode five for the condenser fan and compressor to run at max speed and she even said that was not the noise either Was not able to replicate the issue. The customer was dealing with. I advised the customer if it happens again for them to take a video of it but at this time the unit has operating properly. All operation is OK"
