upon arrival replaced motor & drain pump unit is now working as designed. advise customer to reinstall unit due to customer uninstalling and its a tight fit and advise to have the front abit higher than the back.

"upon arrival customer stating wet dog smell . went into diagnostics and ran dryer for 20 min and no smell at all . i did notice duct was disconnected from dryer , advised customer to put a clamp on it. unit is working as designed and smell is completely normal. advised customer take out clothes out dryer immediately not just letting it sit there. customer also asked me to check his washer"
