"Sr #7742151537 Called into Techline and let them know about it being unleveled and the customers complaint about the doors, not being perfectly flush it is not causing any malfunctions the door sealing properly. Its closing properly everythings operating as should and the customer also stated that there is no more buzzing or vibrating noise occurring, but he is not willing to accept the fact that there is cardboard shims at the top to damp in the vibration and he does not like that. I advised the customer that if he has the installers properly level the unit and make it straight, they wouldnt have these issues that theyre having but since they let the installers come out and just leave without doing anything, the issues were not addressed. I tried to do so myself, and there are some kind of bolts somewhere that has the unit in a bind, I could not get it to move or the cabinet space is simply so tight. Its got it in a bind. Customer needs to have the installers properly level the unit. so that his issues will be addressed, but as of right now, everything that I can do has been done and the unit is operating properly at this point in time"
