Upon arrival customer had also mention that the oven wouldnt turn off. We replaced cavity thermostat and manager and tested everything. I asked customer to explained what was going on. So she would turn timer on and was under the impression that oven would turn off when timer would go off. I explained that the timer would only turn off from heating but if she wanted to turn oven off she would have to push the oven power button. I called techline to document sr 7733767018. Oven and microwave are working good.
