"Checked unit with tech line because the customer said every single time that's she's cooking, at 350 degrees the steam coming from the oven reaches the control panel when she opens the door and makes it unusable, a week ago we put a new console because of that on a brand new unit, she said it didn't help and also when it reaches the preheat temperature about a ten minutes later it starts acting up because it can't handle the heat, and she only cooks up to 350 degrees, I preheat the unit to 450 degrees and waited more than 15 minutes, and everything checked ok, the real problem the customer has is that she burned plastic inside the oven and when it heats up and smells really bad and you can't stand the smell in front of the unit and your eyes start to water really bad, , I also asked her if she had anything to cook to try to repeat the problem and she answered back no and im not going to cook anything at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, so tech line said to refer her to contact customer service File#. 21462992"
