"Sock got sucked in between the spin basket in the tub and got jammed into where the dispenser hose connects to the tub and the sock was clogging up the line so every time the washer would go to fill with water. It was just shooting out of the dispenser after unplugging the sock and getting everything removed and connected back together, tested it and everything was operating and functioning properly unit was no longer overflowing or had any clogs in the line. All operations OK now."

F0E3 Overload error Customer said the washer would not spin or do anything agitate nothing the unit had an overloaded error code in it cleared the code and ran two different diagnostic cycles on it and both of them passed the test. Good without having any issues advised a customer to run a cycle of clothes and follow up with me on how it does other than that the unit is operating and functioning as design.
