"Customer complaint of water on top of freezer door in the center. Customer had humidity control on but mullion between refrigerator doors was sweating. I removed mullion. Found only 23 volts to mullion heater. Remove top hinge cover disconnected the blue/white wires from cabinet to door. Only 23 volts across the 2 wires from one to ground 118 volts. Pulled ref remove control board cover on back of refrigerator, went to connection cn8 removed the connector with the two blue/white wires. 118 volts coming from board. Called tech line explained my process . He asked that I put a jumper in one end of the two blue/white wires. I did and had negative results. Ref#7734111597"

Upon arrival the customer mention that the oven would not come on at first but than after repairs it would come on but that the cooktop burners would not work. She also mention that their was a smell of gas leak. She also mention that when cancelling the bake cycle and turning it back on the customer mention the reading in display change. We let oven preheat to 350 degrees. I than tested for any gas leaks with my gas meter and didnt find any leaks. I then tested burner heads and they all are working like intended. I also explained to customer the reason the temp change is because the temp drops and needs to turn back on. Customer and her husband both were present and tried turning cooktop burner heads and they were coming on every time. I suggested to record a video on phone if problem continues.
