Upon arrival and after diagnosing the griddle I could not recreate any issue. Once The griddle knob is set it takes a few secs for it to reach the set temp and once its ready the ready light will turn on. Please see pictures attached. Unit is working as designed

Check unit to find a peach electrode technician straighten out electrode on right rear burner. All operations are now working as designed.

Upon arrival unit was unresponsive. I inspected plug and there was good voltage. I then open unit to see control board and found roaches in it. I explained to customer he needed to get a professional pest control company and that I was going to document. Customer insisted unit didn't stop working because of roaches. Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. Drain pump is not coming on. After inspection faulty wire connection at the bottom with drain pump. I repair wire connected drain pump. I ran diagnostic cycle unit drain normally (pictures attached) before and after. I explain to customer on overload ( picture attached). The bottom plastic cover was rubbing floor it even got a thin sock stuck to it. Made her aware of deep water with heavy loads and bed cover soak a lot of water. Unit is working as designed. "Arrived at customer home and Mrs opened door and showed me fridge and per her own admission today the unit is not freezing but has been on/off the past Uploaded pictures of interior of fridge and freezer and the location of the temperature thermistorsThe customer complaint was that the food on top 2 shelf would freeze itemsTodays visit the fridge top shelf was not blocked with tall items and also the thermistor was not being blocked, therefore advised customer that this is the reason why the she did not see freezing but that if thermistor was being blocked accidentally it would not read temperature correctly, to be aware of this and to not block going forward. The freezer compartment thermistor was blocked but customer stated that the freezer was OK, I advised that being blocked could keep unit running longer and therefore freezing the fridge side and especially if tall items on top shelf. Also noticed full of items and not enough room on back of freezer wall to allow for proper airflow. Advised customer that All of these are things that can keep unit running longer and fridge side getting colder. Advised to make suer and not block thermistors and rearrange food to allow for airflow and to not put tall items on top shelf of fridge. Customer was not really satisfied with diagnosis. I was finished diagnosing and was 1/2 way out the door when Mrs stopped me and told wait, can you tell my husband.. Im like maam i just spent all this time explaining it to you because your husband was not here, Im sure you can provide him with the details. Mrs started to get mad and thats when the husband showed up. I spent 15 minutes explaining to Mrs, I still stopped and the Husband a 1 minutes explaining Recap of diagnosis. Mr started getting upset that i did not explain to him, I advised that his wife can provide further details and i provided him with the most important detailed information Mr just kept saying to him the job was incomplete and that he would put a complaint. Despite requesting assistance, I was unable to connect the unit to a power source or water lines, which prevented me from performing a complete diagnostic test. I conducted an inspection of key components in regards to leaking, including the two drain hoses, drain pump, and inlet valve, and found no visible damage or tears. However, due to the lack of operational setup, I was unable to proceed further. Called techline and unit is fine. Since it is working on another breaker techline says its not the refrigerator.

Found ice in inlet tube blocking water from getting to ice maker. Removed ice from inlet tube and cycled ice maker. Customer needs a filter

Found internal failure on oven control. Removed and replaced oven control. Checked operation

Found customer has electrical problem. She says when she uses oven it trips breaker and she cant use dryer nor microwave. Allowed oven to run at 500 degrees for 1 hour.

"Customer said nothing was working me and the customer pulled the unit out of the wall and tested the power going into the unit and I had 120 going red to neutral and nothing from the black to neutral. Customer needs electrical work done to the wall plug in the breaker the black wire coming out of the wall, had a hole blown in the wire knot told the customer that needed to be fixed for the unit to work again"

Keating element was not heating fuse was blown out on the heating element. Replaced the fuse off of truck stock. Dryer is running good and heating again.; used 1 W10900067 (Fuse heater) from stock

Back right burner would not ignite checked the igniter tested good. Need to replace the spark module. ; ordrng 1 W11281166 (Spark module)

Installed all parts on refrigerator kicked on. It was running good.

Checked unit and adjusted both doors so that they wouldnt close so easily nor open so easily and informed customer that there is no adjustment to how the doors open and close nothing is broken. Customer does not like the design of his refrigerator. All findings and diagnosis information was documented with trade care unit is OK

Replace defective control unit is now working as designed customer was informed to run a clean washer cycle before trying to use machine unit is OK
