"When first testing the dispenser, water only trickled and then stopped completely. The inlet valve could be heard opening and humming, but no water was flowing. I removed the filter and retested, and water flowed normally with proper pressure, confirming the inlet valve was functioning and delivering water to the dispenser. The customer had a replacement filter on hand, which I installed. Upon retesting, the dispenser operated with proper flow and pressure with the new filter in place. "Upon arrival I confirmed the unit is cooling; the seal system is functioning and is not the source of the issue. The compressor is operating normally (not the previously observed dead/bad condition). The complaint is intermittent temperature fluctuations: the refrigerator compartment (RC) is maintaining temperature but the freezer compartment (FC) is intermittently running warm according to the customer. Diagnostics show good thermistor and the cooling cycle is being executed but not consistently. I am quoting replacement of the user interface panel and control board, as these components govern the cooling cycle and are the most likely causes of the temperature instability."

"unit running for more than 20 min. no water leaking at this time. rear motor bracket is missing. drain hose pinned between side wall and left side of unit. insulation is reversed and bunched up on side where maintenace man stated that leak was coming from. 2 black screws missing from front cover, could be the screws that were found inside but maintenance man couldnt find them. met with argumentative , and hostility from maintenance man /installer when asked about issues with installation."
