Explained to customer about moving the dryer one foot away from the wall for the attachment to fit. Customer does not believe that they need to do this and does not believe a word I say. Customer demands I order a new vent attachment and install it. I explained to customer that we are not responsible for buying vents and installing vents.. we only repair appliances. Removed vent attachment from dryer and all operations are correct now.
