Replaced damper per Techline. Customer extremely dissatisfied with unit due to having to throw out fresh food due to being frozen in veggie drawer. Customer does not trust unit and is very upset due to previous loss of food. Advised customer to contact customer service if issue persists due to process of having to call Techline if issue persists
