"Upon arrival costumer explained she is having trouble with the oven that it is not consistently staying at 350 temp, after diagnosis I noticed she would turn on the oven and once temp is reached she would go back to turn it off not realizing the button she was pressing is to turn off, I explained the reason why the temp was not consistently at 350 due to her turning off the oven on accident, I guided her on how to use oven, how to connect WiFi, and cleaning supplies for her oven. Oven is working as designed and costumer is satisfied with repair."

"Upon arrival costumer explained he heard ticking/clicking noises after a cycle or when he manually stops the cycle, I explained to him the reason why it ticks or clicks is because the heating element is made up of metal so when it rapidly cools off it tends to expand the metal pieces making a ticking noise. Costumer is satisfied with response and unit is working as designed."
